Northern Rock Bank Case Study
Miss L contacted us in January 2010 believing that she had been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance with a loan from Northern Rock. The loan had been settled in 2007 and she had no paperwork in relation to the loan.
We contacted Northern Rock on her behalf to request Miss L’s loan documents. Miss L had borrowed £25,000 in 2004 and had indeed been sold a payment protection policy which had been added to the loan.
We recovered £10,542 on behalf of Miss L from Northern Rock as an outcome of our investigation into individual mis-sold PPI.
